Pe - carry med cine ball (3kg).
run the whole hall for 2 rounds ,
sit up for .. 20-30 ??!?!!
stretch leg and pass the ball ( i cant bend D: )
hold the ball from front to back for ... alot of times.
omg....

Break - 1h30min ! omg ! i drink one whole bottle of 100plus :X
still got 1h15min more , slacked in classroom with classmates ,
and chat rubbish :\
next time shall bring Towel & shampoo to school !
so that after PE can bathe !!!!! :D
